Manuscript Preparation
Format Requirements
Manuscripts should be submitted as PDF documents. We accept papers formatted according to standard academic templates including IEEE, ACM, or similar styles. Ensure your document is readable with clear figures and tables.
Full papers: 8-12 pages including references. Short papers: 4-6 pages. Extended abstracts: 2-3 pages.
Title and Abstract
The title should be concise and descriptive, clearly indicating the subject matter and scope of your work. Avoid abbreviations and overly technical jargon in the title.
The abstract should be 150-300 words, providing a complete summary of your work including motivation, methods, key results, and implications. Write for a broad technical audience.
Structure
A typical paper should include the following sections:
- Introduction: Context, motivation, and research questions
- Related Work: Literature review and positioning
- Methods: Technical approach and implementation
- Results: Experimental findings and analysis
- Discussion: Interpretation and limitations
- Conclusion: Summary and future work
- References: Complete bibliography
Figures and Tables
All figures and tables must be clearly labeled with captions that explain their content. Use high-resolution images (minimum 300 DPI) for figures. Ensure graphs are readable with clear axes labels and legends.
- Use vector graphics (PDF, SVG) for diagrams when possible
- Include error bars or confidence intervals in plots
- Reference all figures and tables in the main text
- Maintain consistent styling across all visuals
Citations and References
Properly cite all prior work that your research builds upon. Include DOIs for papers when available. Follow a consistent citation style throughout (we recommend IEEE or ACM format).
Ensure all references are complete with author names, publication year, venue, and page numbers. Pre-prints should be clearly marked as such.
Code and Data Availability
We strongly encourage authors to share code and datasets that support their findings. Include links to repositories (GitHub, GitLab) or data archives. Use established platforms like Zenodo or Figshare for long-term preservation.
Reproducibility
Provide sufficient detail for others to reproduce your results. This includes:
- Software versions and dependencies
- Hyperparameters and training procedures
- Hardware specifications for experiments
- Random seeds and statistical procedures
Ethics and Compliance
Research must comply with ethical guidelines. Declare any conflicts of interest. If human subjects are involved, provide IRB approval details. For datasets, confirm proper licensing and privacy protections.
All submissions are checked for plagiarism and must be original work. Simultaneous submissions to other venues are not permitted. Previously published work cannot be submitted.
Submission Process
Submit your paper through our online portal. You will need to provide:
- Complete manuscript as PDF
- List of all authors with affiliations
- Corresponding author contact information
- Abstract and keywords
- Primary subject area
- Optional: supplementary materials
After Submission
You will receive a confirmation email with a submission ID. The editorial team will conduct an initial review within 48 hours. If your paper passes initial screening, it will be sent to 2-3 expert reviewers for detailed evaluation.
Expect to receive reviews within 2-3 weeks. You will have the opportunity to respond to reviewer comments and submit a revised version if requested.
Publication
Accepted papers are published openly with full text freely accessible. Each paper receives a DOI for permanent citation. We also submit metadata to academic indexing services for discoverability.
